What is hypnosis

The reaction of most people usually is; no, that's too scary. I don’t join it, you never know what will happen to you. This bias is wrongly thought of by the public opinion.
Because everyone has unconsciously been in touch with a form of light hypnosis. Hypnosis is often experienced spontaneously in case of supreme concentration. A javelin athletic during a game only has one goal: to pep himself up for a power explosion so that the spear will end as far as possible in the field. While he throws he closes himself fully from the outside world and will only focus on his perfect throw. For example, when trying the hypnosis on a person, attract the attention away from everything else and only focusing on the hypnotist. He relaxes his muscles, closes his eyes and only listens to the voice of hypnotist who takes him to the hypnosis state. There is no danger here.
Yet many people refuse to work with hypnosis, because they sometimes have seen TV-Shows, in which the hypnotist made the subjects ridiculous.
It is therefore important for a hypnotist to be trusted by his subjects and wave away all prejudices. Because someone who continually repeats to himself: "I have excluded hypnosis”, will probarbly not come under hypnosis.

Someone who can easily relax and focus on the voice of the hypnotist, is often under hypnosis within a few minutes. During the hypnosis it feels like the subject is often closely linked to the hypnotist. In the world known to the subject of hypnosis, he is only a guide: the voice of the hypnotist. Like a child holding the hand of his mother, walking through the park, the subject follows and obays to the commands of the hypnotist with the same devotion. The subject, however, determins how far he wants to go. He claims borders, although unconsciously. These limits are the moral values and decency standards of the subject and they will never be exceeded because the hypnotist never has the subject in his power. The role of the hypnotist in the hypnosis process is that of a guide. He leads the way to the moment of hypnosis and the subject shall do what the hypnotist says, even when under hypnosis, he leads the way, then he can hypnotize himself without the hypnotist. Everyone can learn it and everyone can also take over role of the hypnotist.
There are no magical powers required by the hypnosis or by self hypnosis. The subject can choose whether he follows the instructions of the hypnotist on a critical - analytical way whether he is aware and can go. LACE said posture is most conducive to hypnosis. Anyone who signs the hypnotist can and want to follow, is hypnotic. Hypnosis in itself is not a therapy. But the fact that someone in hypnosis is very susceptible to suggestions, given the high therapeutic value of hypnosis. People who want to stop smoking, stop indeed in 60% of the cases after hearing the suggestion: the urge to smoke is gone, you're happy to stop smoking, etc. After waking up from the hypnosis they never smoke a cigarette.
Some people are afraid not to awaken from hypnosis. ALL WRONG: it has never happened that someone did not wake up from a hypnotized situstion.
