It is possible to relax at any time of day, where you want, even in a noisy environment.

We start again for this end september 2012

In the course various meditation techniques discussed.

  • Breathing exercises
  • Concentration Exercises
  • Visualization Exercises

The exercises are tailored to the daily life of the student so that the scholar can apply over when and where he or they want. You get every opportunity to ask questions or something to bear on the topics treated. This course does not include Yoga classes. People who are familiar with yoga will recognize something in this course can also complement them. 

This course consists of five evenings that a follow up to each other. These evenings are for the short interval of time given so that the student has time to practice. A group of students consists of 4 and maximum of 15 persons. I enjoy that the group is not greater, in connection with individual coaching that I can give. You can follow the course also individually. In addition to the course teaching materials (a course book and certificate) included and there is plenty of opportunity to which treatment is to exercise.

Structure of the course:

five evenings:

  1. Introduction (Introduction)
  2. Stress release (Recognize and release of tension in the body)
  3. The body relaxed
  4. Auto imagination Gene (Harmony of body and spirit)
  5. Concentration
  6. Infinite mind (Restrictions unteach) 
  7. Meditation / visualization

Classification of the evenings:

  1. Discuss the last days
  2. The exercises of the previous lesson again and may repeat 
  3. Introduction and theory of the class this evening
  4. Explanation of the exercise
  5. Practical exercise
  6. Evaluation Exercise
  7. Homework discuss (Repeat exercises and prepare for the next lesson)
